About this Event
In honor of International Women’s Day, we’ll move through intentional hip-opening flow and rhythmic movement to help release shame, stored trauma in the hips, and emotional tension held in the body.
Kay will start with relaxing yoga session focusing on the hips, pelvis, and sacral area.
Natalia will finish with an empowering belly dance lesson, keeping you intuned with your feminine energy.
This experience is about softening without shrinking, embodying your sensuality without apology, and remembering that your hips hold wisdom, not guilt. Through breath, grounding, and guided movement, you’ll reconnect to your womb space, awaken your creative energy, and leave feeling rooted, radiant, and unapologetically confident.
