Woman's Sensuality Workshop

Welcome to our Woman's Sensuality Workshop where you can explore and embrace your femininity in a safe and supportive environment. Join us at the Raport Counseling Center for a day filled with self-discovery, empowerment, and connection with other women. Through various activities and discussions, you'll learn to tap into your inner sensuality and enhance your confidence. We utilized a mix of discussion, journaling and sacral hip movements to release tension, trauma and step into your sexual energy and feel more confident within yourself, sexuality and femininity. We will address who you are as a sexual person, what gets in the way of getting to our sexual potential, and how to gain more confidence within yourself and how you present in the world. The workshop is all about exploration and empowerment! Our workshop is lead by Sex Therapist/Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Anna Raport and Brittany Henderson Dance and Movement Therapist. Please come dressed comfortable as we will be moving around! for a day filled with self-discovery, empowerment, and connection with other women.
