Womanhood 101 is a culturally affirming empowerment workshop designed especially for African American girls ages 12–17. This engaging and supportive session provides a safe space for young girls to learn, ask questions, and grow with confidence as they navigate the changes of adolescence.

Through mentorship, interactive activities, and open discussion, participants will explore:

✨ Puberty and body changes (age-appropriate education)
✨ Self-care and hygiene
✨ Emotional wellness and confidence
✨ Healthy boundaries and relationships
✨ Using their voice with strength and self-respect

Our goal is to empower each girl to embrace who she is becoming—rooted in culture, confidence, and character.
