GETTING THERE
There is no car parking on site, but there are plenty of carparks in the CBD, including at Council House, Pier Street, and Terrace Road. Perth train station is about a 10-minute walk away, and Elizabeth Quay station is about a 5-minute walk. The Blue CAT runs along St Georges Terrace, and there are a series of five-minute car bays outside Lawson Flats, perfect for Uber drop offs and pick-ups.

ACCESSIBILITY
Lawson Flats aims to be a safe and welcoming space for all.

We have step-free access into the building via a concrete ramp off Sherwood Court into the northern side of the building (arriving from the St Georges Terrace side of the building). This entry provides direct access to the public art gallery too. Straight on from this step-free entry is the concierge desk, and the single lift which services all three floors. Lawson Flats is accessible for all mobility aids (wheelchairs, walking frames and scooters), prams, and assistance and guide dogs.

There’s a lot of dark green carpet in the venue - and dark coloured walls in some spaces - so in various areas, including the stairs, the contrast is low. However, there are big windows in most of the rooms, so natural light filters through the rooms. If you have any visual impairments, and need a guide through the space to familiarise yourself with the layout, please do not hesitate to ask the concierge team.
