Train with WMMA Academy — DC’s Wolf Pack.
This adult MMA training program is built for beginners, returning athletes, and anyone looking for real coaching in a focused, community-driven environment. Whether you are trying MMA for the first time, getting back into shape, or looking for a consistent weekly training routine, WMMA gives you a place to learn, move, and grow.
Classes are coached by Coach Kwame Wutoh and are designed to help adults build confidence, conditioning, coordination, and practical martial arts skills.
No experience is required.
When
Adult training is available on select weekly class days.
Current adult class schedule:
Wednesday: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Sunday: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Sunday class is always free for adult drop-ins.

Who This Class Is For
This class is for adults ages 18 and up.
You do not need previous MMA, boxing, wrestling, kickboxing, or martial arts experience. Complete beginners are welcome.

You are welcome to bring a friend, partner, coworker, or family member. Sunday is especially beginner-friendly and always free for adult drop-ins.
