The West Midlands Child Death Review Network would like to invite you to save the date for their upcoming conference Improving Infant Mortality across the West Midlands.
The programme aims to include:

Delegate -This event is aimed at any professional working with bereaved families or reviewing child deaths: Police, Coroners, Social Care, Nurses, Doctors and Safeguarding Professionals.

What if I need to cancel my booking?
A full refund will be given providing you give 4 weeks notice prior to the event. After this time, the following terms apply:
Notice given between 4-2 weeks will be considered on a case by case basis by agreement of the committee only
2 weeks or less strictly no refund will be offered
