WINTERVAL TRAINING DAY 2025Shrug off the holiday sloth and get your body MOVING at the start of the new year with London's annual Winterval Training Day.
Winterval is a full day of practical movement training in the great urban outdoors, led by some of the world's best parkour and movement coaches.
Open to all levels and abilities, from absolute beginners to experienced athletes, this is the perfect place to start your journey into movement or to refresh your skills and pick up some new knowledge along the way.
You will experience:
- a full day of movement workshops led by experts
- energising and engaging group warm-ups
- parkour skill learning and practice
- physical challenges
- the famous group finisher at day's end

Embracing whatever winter elements get thrown our way, you’ll experience London like never before amongst a strong and friendly community of practitioners, which will set the tone for a year of healthy movement ahead.
WHO?
Winterval Training Day is open to everyone to take part. Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned parkour pro, now is the time to get your training goals in order for 2025.
For absolute beginners, our experienced coaching team will guide and support you through each activity during the day. It’ll be challenging but lots of fun.
For our intermediate to advanced practitioners; now is the chance to assess your physicality and seek out some new goals and if the cold weather and slippery conditions don’t prove exciting enough, our team are ready to push you to the edges of your comfort zone and seek out new areas of untapped potential.
WHAT?
Winterval Training Day is a day of parkour training and workshops for all levels of experience, led by expert parkour coaches.

Meets at Parkour Generations London Republic Gym, 2 Clove Crescent, Blackwall, E14 2BE
WHAT TO WEAR?
Come prepared for the elements; it could be cold, damp or entirely balmy. Who knows with the British weather. So it’s best to layer up and bring a wind/waterproof layer if you have it. We’d advise not wearing gloves whilst training, but you might want some during the lunch break.
WHAT TO BRING?
Plenty of water to stay hydrated, plus snacks and any food you might need during the day. There will be a lunch break, so bringing a packed lunch is always advisable.
