To echo the season the theme of our Winter Retreat will be 'deep rest & clarity'.
As Winter draws in if we look at nature it's slowing down and going within as many animals hibernate and plant matter experiences death & decay. There's a sense of endings of cycles and the earth pausing to allow for the new.
Through the cacao ceremony, journalling, yoga and other activities during the weekend we will explore how truly resting allows time for reflection and can give space for new ideas and insights to arrive.
With grounding morning cacao and 3 yoga & meditation/gentle breathwork sessions each day along with a nourishing plant-based lunch you'll be well on your way to feeling more relaxed.
Also weaved into each day will be a hands-on treatment, reflexology or energy healing (depending on the day), a life-coaching session and a creative essential oils wellness workshop (all activities are included in ticket price and optional).
YOGA:
There will be a variety of styles taught across the weekend with options given for all levels/abilities.
Both days there'll be Vinyasa slow flow in the morning and yin (restorative yoga) in the afternoon as well as a yoga nidra to close.
All include grounding breathwork & meditation/guided relaxation.
Inspiration is drawn from areas such as the Five Elements Theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine, The Chakra system and Sarah's knowledge on Naturopathy and Nutrition.
Sarah also likes to weave in pure essential oils sage/palo santo smoke & herbs and carefully curated playlists.
COACHING:
Life coaching - your coaching session has been designed to help you identify and/or understand challenges in a chosen area of your daily life or in general.
This awareness could be the first step to start transforming your life towards a more fulfilling path.
Practical tips or tools will be shared where relevant.
Also included is a complimentary optional 10-minute chemistry call with Marcin your coach ahead of retreat to understand what's involved and whether you'd like to receive one.
The main coaching session (30 minutes) can be taken during the week leading up to/after the retreat rather than on the day if you prefer.
MINI-TREATMENTS:
One treatment per day is included in the ticket price. Sessions are between 10-20 minutes in duration and include hands-on (feet/hands/face treatment), reflexology, Indian head and energy healing, depending on the day/therapist.
FOOD:
Food - everything will be plant-based seasonal and made mindfully with love. Additional dietary requirements can be catered for please tell me when booking. Healthy cake & afternoon tea and raw chocolates!
TICKETS
You are welcome to come for the weekend or pick just Saturday or Sunday. The weekend ticket is discounted.
