Support the health of your mind and body with a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga practice for Winter Wellbeing.Winter is represented by the element of Water is associated with the kidneys and urinary bladder. We will stimulate these organ systems through a yin yoga practice which focuses on the spine, feet, hips and legs. Our yin sequence is carefully designed to refresh & recharge your system and relieve tiredness, strains & stresses.
We will be end practice with a deeply restful guided relaxation in supported savasana accompanied by the soft, gentle & relaxing sounds of crystal & brass singing bowls, gongs & Koshi chimes.
Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets & eye pillows are provided plus a welcoming herbal tea on arrival from 12:45pm.
