Theme: Body Balance for Lindy Hop
Discover how better balance can transform your Lindy Hop. Body Balance for Lindy Hop is a focused, fun workshop designed to help you feel more grounded, controlled, and connected in your dancing. We’ll explore posture, weight shifts, and balance techniques you can use immediately to improve your swing-outs, turns, and overall flow—so you move with confidence and ease on the dance floor.
Suitable for dancers who have attended at least 6 months+ of regular classes.
🧐 We're trialling a no-booking required system. Just turn up on the day, same price for everyone in the door.
