Over three deeply nourishing hours, Erin Tomaso (Feminine Embodiment + Functional Movement) and Kaitlin Faye Heavin (Yoga Therapy + Ayurvedic Specialist) guide you through a winter reset designed to support your nervous system, activate your womb wisdom, and help you step into grounded feminine leadership.
This is not a yoga class.
