- STRONG Pilates at 1:00pm–1:45pm & Ice Skating at 2:00pm–2:45pm
- STRONG Pilates at 2:00pm - 2:45pm & Ice Skating at 3:00pm - 3:45pm
Sundays:
- STRONG Pilates at 2:00pm–2:45pm & Ice Skating at 3:00pm–3:45pm
- STRONG Pilates at 3:00pm - 3:45pm & Ice Skating at 4:00pm - 4:45pm
What to Expect
1. STRONG Pilates Wimbledon Stretch & Core Session: 45 minutes
Begin your session with a dynamic Pilates-inspired session led by certified instructors from STRONG Pilates Wimbledon. Expect a blend of:
- Dynamic movements
- Pilates flows
- A balance of stability and mobility
- Built to burn, strengthen and level up your control
Perfect for all levels but attendees must be 18+. No previous Pilates experience needed. Bring grip socks, water bottle and a sweat towel with you for your session.
2. Relaxed Skate on the Ice Rink: 45 minutes
After class, head straight to our real-ice rink for a light, social skate.
You’ll enjoy:
- Festive fun on our sparkling ice rink
- Space to glide at your own pace
A wonderful way to activate flow, improve balance and enjoy the festive setting. We recommend you wrap up warm!
3. Post-Exercise Drink from Urban Baristas
Finish your Winter Wellness Morning with a hot drink from Urban Baristas, located just opposite the rink.
Choose from a hot (or cold) drink including coffees, teas, matchas, chais and hot chocolates to drink in or take away.
Important Information
✨ Your ticket includes your STRONG Pilates and Ice Skating access plus free drink at Urban Baristas.
✨ When buying your ticket, please note that the time slot is for STRONG Pilates, which is then followed by ice skating.
✨ All participants must be 18 and over.
