Winter Warmer Fermentation Workshop
Join us for a cozy, in-person workshop where you’ll learn to make delicious cinnamon buns and refreshing pineapple tepache.
This intimate, cosy workshop is an invitation to spend a few unhurried hours gathered around the kitchen table, rolling fragrant Swedish cinnamon buns by hand and sipping on a lightly sparkling pineapple tepache made from scratch. Think soft dough, warming spices, gentle fermentation, and the kind of calm focus that only comes from working with your hands.
We’ll guide you through the process in a relaxed, friendly way - no pressure, no perfection - just time to enjoy the rhythm of baking, the aromas filling the room, and the pleasure of creating something nourishing and beautiful.
Everything is provided. You’ll leave with:
- Your own cinnamon roll dough to bake at home
- A jar of pineapple tepache to continue fermenting
- Recipes and inspiration to recreate the experience in your own kitchen
