Join artist Marie Marfia for her Winter Sunset Pastel Painting workshop at the Ludington Area Center for the Arts (LACA) on Thursday, Feb. 13 from 1 - 3 p.m. In this workshop, students will have the opportunity to explore the vibrant world of soft pastels and create a stunning painting. Marie will provide a still life reference and step-by-step instruction. Students are also welcome to bring their own references. This workshop is open to all skill levels and is a great chance to learn from a talented artist who has a passion for pastels. Marie Marfia is an accomplished artist known for her captivating paintings of skeletons, portraits, and landscapes. With a background in graphic design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Kendall College of Art & Design, Marie has a wealth of artistic knowledge and experience.
