Gather with us for a journey of movement and contemplation that will lead to the creation of a personal magical talisman to guide you through the Winter Solstice. We’ll honor the present moment in all its light and shadow as well as anticipate, with excitement, what might come next.
The afternoon will be supported by gentle movement and yoga, all designed to honor the season. Open to all beings and bodies. No experience is necessary.
