In a warm, supportive space, you will be lulled into a state of deep restorative relaxation by the resonant, therapeutic vibrations singing bowls, symphonic gongs, chimes, and other sound instruments. These ancient instruments work on a cellular level to:

Practical Details
What to Bring: A yoga mat, a cozy blanket, a pillow, and water are provided for your comfort. Bring an eye mask to cover your eyes if you have one. Feel free to bring an item for the collective altar is optional, like crystals or a note of intention.
