Join us for this in-person event at Rockwater in Hove on Sunday 22nd December at 7pm - 8pm.
Winter Solstice Greetings.
Come and gather for a candlit Sound Bath to soothe the soul. A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing, immersive experience where you are bathed by the healing frequencies of sound. You will be invited to lay down and get comfortable before being guided on a short meditation to fully land and settle into the space. The Sound Bath will be guided using singing bowls to nourish your nervous system and give you an opportunity to explore your subconcious mind whilst in this dreamy space.
You will have the opportunity to journal on your experience at the end and I am always on hand if you would like to discuss anything that may have come up for you.
This is a perfect opportunity to give back to yourself during the very busy festive period!
