About this Event
Celebrate the Winter Solstice—the shortest day and a fresh turning point toward the light—with a cozy, plant-filled yoga morning at Bierstadt Lagerhaus. Surrounded by greenery in the brewery’s indoor forest room, you’ll ease into a mindful forest bathing meditation with your new plant baby, then flow through an all-levels vinyasa to warm the body and reset the mind. After class, clink glasses with your community over a craft beer or non-alcoholic beverage.
What’s Included:
✔️ 60 minutes of yoga + guided forest bathing (½ meditation, ½ vinyasa flow)
✔️ One tap beer or N/A beverage
