As we honor nature’s rhythms under the crescent moon of the winter solstice, we invite you to bathe in the sound and vibration of the Paiste Earth Gong and other sacred sound instruments in a glorious range of vibrational frequencies. You will be immersed in the vibrations and resonance of sound instruments, allowing the sound to “wash” over you. These sessions can have a profound effect on the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional levels your being and consciousness, as well as facilitating the potential for reaching theta and delta brainwave states from your waking beta state.
During the Gong Bath, you will not only hear sounds through your ears, you will also sense the sounds through your skin and skeletal system, due to the broad spectrum of frequencies created by these instruments and the resonance created through them. This may even affect your being on a cellular level.
