winter solstice is a reminder of natures cycles & steady rhythm. as part of nature, we're also in a time of quiet renewal. together we will reflect & release as a new cycle begins.
this will be a yin style class, where asanas/postures are held for 3-5 minutes each to allow time for deep stretching & gentle release. the practice will begin with a brief guided meditation & be followed by journaling with prompts offered.
this practice is beginner friendly & open to all 💌
