Winter Solstice Candlelight Yoga + Sound Bath

To honor the longest night of the year, we gather in candlelight to honor stillness, renewal, and the slow turning back toward the light. Through guided breathwork and deep, opening stretches, you’ll release the weight of the year and soften into presence.

Then, immersed in the healing tones of crystal bowls, vibration becomes your guide. These frequencies move through the body like flowing rivers—calming the nervous system, restoring balance, and awakening inner clarity.

The Winter Solstice invites us to pause, reflect, and begin again. No yoga experience is required—only a willingness to rest and receive. Come alone for self-care, bring a friend, or make it a meaningful night of connection.
