This Cacao Ceremony & Deep Meditation is a ritual of turning inward, a moment to listen to what has been, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with the deep intelligence of winter’s silence.
We’ll begin with a ceremonial serving of ethically sourced cacao, attuning to the wisdom of the heart and grounding into the body. Through guided breathwork, deep meditation, and subtle sound current, we’ll drop into the still point of the year—where rebirth begins in the dark.
This gathering is quiet, spacious, and deeply intuitive. A final energetic offering before the year ends.
