About this Event
In these times, many of us are carrying so much. Our communities are under immense pressure—creating feelings of uncertainty and grief. When the world feels heavy, it’s easy to disconnect from ourselves and one another. And yet, it is community that we need most.
This gathering is an offering of pause, presence, and collective care: a space to come home to ourselves and to each other.
Join us this February for a nourishing afternoon designed to help you reconnect with yourself, community, and nurture your soul. Through a blend of rituals, mindful practices, creative expression and coffee, you'll leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and deeply connected.
Event Highlights:
✨ Community Circle: Set the tone for the afternoon by sharing your intentions and connecting with others. This circle offers a space to listen, be heard, and open your heart to new possibilities.
💃🏻 DANCEmandala: Move your body to the rhythm of your soul in this unique movement meditation dance practice. Come prepared to experience freedom, release, and self-expression through intuitive freeform movement.
☕ Coffee Cup + Goddess Cards: Explore your inner wisdom through a guided journey with traditional Arabic coffee around a communal circle. You’ll be led through a process that helps you tap into your intuition and gain insights that will empower you. This exercise will include personal coffee cup readings.
