Join me on the first Saturday of 2025 for a day dedicated to embracing new beginnings. Take a well-deserved break from daily responsibilities to reset and reconnect through yoga, meditation, and relaxation.
The retreat will take place at the Irish American Heritage Center, a hidden Chicago gem that features elegant architectural details, from high ceilings to wood accents. It offers the perfect atmosphere for a day of renewal.
This immersive experience includes:
☕️Refreshments upon arrival.
🧘🏽♀️Guided breathwork and meditation, energizing yoga flow, a yoga philosophy workshop, gentle Yin yoga, and and a relaxing yoga nidra session.
🥗 A nourishing Lebanese vegetarian meal.
🧘♂️ Yoga gear provided: Liforme Classic mats, straps, blocks, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows (for on-site use only).
