This sound bath is a space of nourishment and peace, an embrace of warmth as winter unfolds. Wrapped in resonant tones, you’ll be guided to soften, restore, and awaken your seasonal intentions. A gentle, immersive experience to help you move through the longest nights with calm and clarity.
You’ll be guided through a soothing soundscape of himalayan and crystal bowls, gong, and chimes, designed to help you rest deeply, release, and realign with the rhythm of the season.

What to Bring - please bring anything that will make you comfortable lying down for an hour, such as:
- ✨ Your own yoga mat (essential, no yoga mats provided)
- ✨ A blanket
- ✨ A pillow or cushion if you’d like extra support
- ✨ An eye mask to deepen relaxation

When to Arrive?
- ⏰ Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before the session starts to give you time to settle into the space and grab a warm drink.
- ⏰ Please note late arrival will not be permitted after 7.40 pm as this is disruptive to other guests so please be sure to arrive in plenty of time.
