Wines for the holidays with paired apéritif snacks for holiday entertaining

Please note that this is predominantly a wine education class that includes a cooking demonstration (and tasting!) component.

Join us for an afternoon of wines with a "holiday" theme. Maybe you're looking for wines to pair with your holiday meals or party food? Perhaps you're looking for a special bottle of bubbles to celebrate with? Maybe you're looking to gift wines for the holidays? Or maybe you just want to ask some wine questions? This is the class for you!

All wines are ideal for all your entertaining needs and are readily available at the LCBO. Neil Phillips of vincetera will talk you through tasting the various wines. Cookbook author, Mardi Michels will demo some "easier to make than they look" apéritif snacks, perfect for holiday entertaining. Impress your friends with your wine knowledge and wow their palates with some French-themed nibbles.

This class requires a minimum of 12 people to run and is capped at 16 people.
