Class Experience
This Wine Down Wednesday hands on Cooking class is the perfect way to spend an evening with friends while learning new culinary techniques. You will learn how to make halibut in a delicious white wine sauce, which pairs perfectly with the sherry glazed chorizo and chickpeas. The class is led by a professional chef who will guide you through the whole process. After the main course, you will learn how to make red wine brownies, a rich and decaden dessert that will satisfy your sweet tooth. This class is a fun interactive way to socialize with others while enjoying a delicious meal.

• Halibut in White Wine Sauce
• Wine-Braised Fennel & Leek
• Sabayon - White Panna Cotta
Cocktails, beer and wine are available for purchase at the bar.

Classes are approximately 2 hours
Price is per person, and unfortunately, Sawyer is limited in its ability to register multiple adults for a single class. So, if you would like to register another adult for this class, you must sign them up as your child. Simply choose "ADD CHILD” and enter your guests name and a birthday. This will allow you to register another participant. Price is per person, so it will add the additional cost for the seat. Or you can have your guest(s) create an account and register themselves separately.

Parking in Ballston Quarter parking lot is recommended. Park on level 4 or 5, then proceed to Mall level 3.
