About this Event
Students will prepare rich, comforting pastitsio—often called Greek “lasagna”—layered with pasta, savory meat sauce, and creamy béchamel cheese topping. You’ll also make a fresh horiatiki salata (Greek village salad) with feta and tangy vinaigrette. To finish, craft a flaky, sweet Greek filo dessert. Guided by our chef, you’ll learn authentic techniques, explore Mediterranean flavors, and enjoy a delicious Greek feast you’ve made from scratch.
