Our goal at the Self Care Academy is to show our community that self-care doesn't have to be difficult!

Join us for an hour of expression and relaxation on Friday, May 3 at 7 pm EST. During this hour you will be guided through a freestyle painting class that will introduce you to the simplicity of expression creativity visualization mindfulness and self-care. This is a space to tap into new skills and connect with your fellow participants while celebrating your wins!

This workshop is open to painters and non-painters of all levels. A list of supplies for the class will be emailed to you upon purchasing your ticket. Join us for this workshop to explore the artistic side of self-care!

*Donations for this workshop are welcomed and appreciated but not required to reserve your spot for this workshop. All money donated will fund our progress towards becoming a nonprofit to provide free self-care classes to our community.

*The crafting supplies list will be emailed once your spot is reserved.

*All crafting supplies can be found at online and local craft stores Five Below Walmart etc. Our kit suggestions are affordable and cost less than $20.
