The evening will begin with Illumination Sauvignon Blanc (2024), a vibrant Napa Valley white known for its bright citrus and mineral character. Guests will then enjoy the celebrated coastal elegance of Flowers Chardonnay (2024) followed by the beautifully structured Flowers Pinot Noir (2023) from the Sonoma Coast.
The dinner continues with the bold and expressive Faust Cabernet Sauvignon (2023) from Napa Valley, a wine celebrated for its depth and rich structure. To close the evening, dessert will be paired with Out East Rosé, a refreshing Long Island favorite that offers a bright and elegant finish to the experience.
