Wine & Cheese Pairing Evening🍇 An evening of flavors, contrasts, and discovery.
Join us for a relaxed and interactive tasting experience where we explore how different wine styles transform the character of cheese — and how cheese, in turn, reshapes the wine in your glass.
🍷 This evening we will taste:
• A classic premuim Bordeaux from France – structured, elegant, layered
• A fruity Australian Shiraz – rich, powerful, expressive
• A cool-climate wine (to be revealed) – fresh, vibrant, and nuanced
Each wine will be paired with carefully selected cheeses to highlight texture, acidity, tannin, creaminess, and aroma interactions. You’ll experience how pairing can create harmony, contrast, or even surprise.
