Wine & Cheese Harmony is an instructor-led pairing exploration designed to highlight one of wine’s most satisfying relationships. This experience focuses on discovery and confidence, helping you understand what makes a pairing work and how to recreate that harmony at home.
Led by Suzanne Bonham, participants explore curated wine and cheese pairings selected to illustrate balance and contrast. Through guided tasting and facilitated discussion, you’ll discover why crisp whites complement creamy cheeses, how acidity refreshes the palate, and what allows bold pairings to feel seamless rather than overwhelming.
Learning is woven in naturally through clear, conversational instruction that keeps the focus on enjoyment rather than rules. Wine and cheese are used as tools for guided exploration, supporting understanding while maintaining a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
