About this Event
The Windsor Express Skills Development Academy - Intermediate/High Performance is designed for boys and girls ages 10–15 with prior basketball experience who are looking to take their game to the next level. Hosted at the Riverside Sports Centre, this program provides a competitive and high-energy training environment focused on skill refinement and performance development.
Participants will take part in six weekly group training sessions held on Mondays from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM, running from May 11 through June 22 (excluding May 18). Each session is led by a Windsor Express Coach and Player, with an emphasis on advanced skill work including ball handling under pressure, shooting consistency, game-speed decision-making, defensive-positioning, and more.
This academy is ideal for athletes playing organized basketball who are committed to improving their performance, building confidence, and competing at a higher level. Space is limited to ensure quality instruction and individual attention.
