Our accommodation is simple and cozy: private and shared rooms that invite connection, presence, and community. We share all facilities as a group, creating a warm, family-like atmosphere.
After the adventures, we soften in the sauna or geothermal hot pool at our accommodation. Time to relax, talk, laugh, or quietly reflect while Iceland holds us.
Our private chef will nourish us with delicious, plant-based meals food that supports your body, your mind, and the planet.

Your guides
🕺🏼 Joep is deeply involved in the Wim Hof Method Academy, training future instructors and contributing to scientific research. He weaves the method together with his work as a life coach, helping people step into lasting change.
💃🏼 Anna teaches the Wim Hof Method on Wim’s international expeditions in Poland, Sweden, and Spain. With Icelandic roots and a background in psychosomatics, she brings both deep knowledge and heartfelt presence to this land.
