Your WHM experience will begin within Wild-Wood’s lakeside studio, with breath-taking views of the lake.
Unchain your body, mind & soul from layers of life tensions, as you ground and connect inward, through the transcendent practice of Yoga.
Then, journey to an altered state of awareness, as you are guided through the dynamic experience of the Wim Hof Method Breath, powerfully interwoven with sound from a variety of therapeutic instruments and reverberating live vocals.
Experience the dreamy stillness the WHM breath gifts; melting into a deeper state of relaxation and inner awareness, as you float in the spaciousness of the continuing soothing sounds, before connecting to the consciousness within through a short meditation.
