This is a rare chance to step inside the mind (and palate) of a local maker crafting small-batch wines with personality, precision, and a strong sense of place.
Wilkie Wines is all about thoughtful, hands-on winemaking — minimal intervention, expressive fruit, and wines that are made to be enjoyed, not overthought. Each bottle tells a story of site, season, and the decisions that shape it along the way.
On the night, Tom will take you through four of his wines, sharing insights into how they’re made, what makes them unique, and how to taste them like a pro (or at least like you know what you’re doing 😉).
