This workshop focuses on unlocking these areas through intelligent, effective stretching so you can move with greater ease and comfort.
Drawing on the most effective techniques from Stretch Therapy and Functional Range Conditioning, you’ll learn practical methods to improve flexibility, build strength at your end range, and support healthier, more resilient joints.
Expect a guided session of targeted stretches, mindful movement, and simple techniques you can continue using at home to keep your body feeling open and balanced.

This workshop is presented by Carmel Taylor, Stretch Therapist with over 17 years of experience, who is passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, move better, and experience a deeper sense of wellbeing.
