SUNDAY April 12, 1:30 pm–3:30 pm. $5. DISCOVER the hidden gems of the Jacksonville Woodlands on a narrated wildflower walk! Meet at the Jacksonville Community Center for a moderate hike to find spring blooms in every color and type. Led by local experts, Linda & Larry Smith. Larry is a founding member of the Jacksonville Woodlands Association and former National Park Ranger. You’ll learn exactly where these treasures grow, from sun-drenched slopes to shady nooks. The session begins with a brief background at the JCC Great Room. Rain or shine (heavy rain moves the fun indoors with a photo presentation). All ages welcome!
