Wild Workouts: YogaYoga aims to create a union of the body, mind, and soul through controlled breathing, postures, relaxation, and meditation. It’s an ancient system passed down through generations to experience deep states of freedom, peace and self-realization. Yoga emphasizes mind-body connection and offers physical benefits like strength, flexibility, and balance.
Note: Don’t forget to bring a mat, and no previous experience required—all levels welcome.

Instructor: Michelle Darsow | Trained through YogaFit and the National Exercise Trainers Association. Classes are a mix between Hatha (holding poses) and Vinyasa (flowing breath and body together). She credits yoga for helping her recover from breast cancer.
