Join Wild Hunt for a Morris Practice!
Whether you're an experienced dancer or just curious about the Morris, we would love you see you! (We are not quite so scary while out of our masks)
Our practice sessions are held at St Luke's Church Hall, Croydon, near Woodside tram stop, - usually on the 1st and 3rd tuesdays of every month (although this one is a bit out of sequence because December is its usual chaos.)
No experience necessary - just bring your enthusiasm, both of your left feet and sensible shoes. See you there (and then at the pub afterwards)!
The Winter is the perfect time to start learning, giving plenty of time to practice indoors before emeging into the spring for your first public appearances.
About The Wild Hunt
The side will be celebrating our 35th birthday in 2026!
We dance in the energetic, noisy and exuberant Bedlam tradition and welcome all adults to join us as new dancers, whether experienced or beginners. Musicians with traditional instruments are equally welcome.
We are currently raising a new crop of fantastic younger dancers, who are just about managing to keep up with the experienced members for more distinguised vintage.
