About this Event
Sacred Balance – Healing the Masculine & Feminine Within
A Wild Free & Empowered Women’s Circle
23rd May | 6:00pm – 9:00pm
Old roles are dissolving, yet unspoken expectations still live beneath the surface.
How should a woman be?
How should a man show up?
What does equality actually look like… in real life?
These questions are no longer abstract, they are being felt in our relationships, our conversations, and even in the smallest everyday moments. This circle is an invitation to pause… to reflect… and to come back into balance.
What this circle is about
We all carry both masculine and feminine energy within us.
The feminine… feeling, intuitive, creative, expressive.
The masculine… grounded, structured, protective, directional.
When these energies are in harmony, we feel:
• safe in ourselves
• clear in our boundaries
• open in our hearts
• able to give and receive in balance
But when they are wounded or imbalanced, they can show up in shadow:
• people-pleasing or over giving
• control or emotional shutdown
• resentment, expectation, or disconnection
Much of this is not consciously chosen, it has been inherited through conditioning, culture, and lived experience. This circle offers a space to gently explore:
• the light and shadow of masculine & feminine energy
• the expectations we carry (often unconsciously)
• how these patterns show up in our lives and relationships
• what true balance actually feels like within the body
What to expect
This is a trauma-aware, heart-led space held with care and intention.
During the evening, we will move through:
• A guided teaching and reflection on masculine & feminine energy
• A ceremonial herbal drink to support grounding and openness
• Deep journaling prompts for self-inquiry and awareness
• A sharing circle (always optional)
• Drumming and embodied release around the fire
• A fire ritual to release old roles, expectations and beliefs
• A guided meditation to integrate balance within
The Flow of the Evening
We will begin by arriving into the space together, gently grounding and settling the body before opening the circle and setting intentions for the evening. From there, you’ll be guided through a reflective exploration of masculine and feminine energy, inviting awareness of how these energies live within you.
A ceremonial herbal drink will support you in softening and opening, followed by guided journaling prompts to deepen your self-inquiry. There will be space to share and be witnessed within the group, always with choice and without pressure.
As the evening unfolds, we will move into embodied expression through gentle movement, sound, and drumming around the fire, allowing anything held within to be released. This will flow into a fire ritual, where you will be invited to let go of old roles, expectations, and beliefs that no longer serve you.
We will close with a guided meditation to integrate balance within, leaving you feeling more connected, grounded, and aligned with your own truth.
This space is for you if you feel:
• ready to understand yourself on a deeper level
• aware that old patterns are no longer serving you
• curious about balance, power and emotional truth
• called to explore both your softness and your strength
• ready to release expectations and reconnect with your own truth
Our intention
This is not about men vs women.
This is not about blame or division.
This is about:
• awareness
• responsibility
• healing
Because true empowerment is not about having power over,
it is about coming home to wholeness within.
