Join Caitlin Walsh, founder of award-winning Delea Fermented Foods, for a 90-minute wild fermentation workshop at Truro Food Festival 2025. You’ll get a whistle-stop introduction to the world of raw, live fermented foods, with tasters to try, plenty of practical advice, and the chance to make your own fresh sauerkraut from scratch.
Whether you're a total beginner or a fermentation fan, this session is packed with knowledge, flavour and good bacteria.

About the Host:Caitlin Walsh founded Delea Fermented Foods in 2019 to share her passion for gut health and traditional food practices. Having experienced the benefits of fermented foods while managing IBS, Caitlin now teaches others how to make these ancient, living foods part of everyday life.
