Now chef-patron at the Michelin-starred Paul Ainsworth at No 6 in Padstow, run alongside his wife Emma, the restaurant recently ranked 25th in the UK’s Top 100 by the prestigious National Restaurant Awards. A true testament to his excellence and ever-growing popularity.
2025 also saw the exciting addition of the St Enodoc Hotel in Rock to their portfolio, offering another incredible Cornish destination to experience Paul and his team’s hospitality.
