Following on from the success of our 2025 launch, Independent Street is proud to announce the continuation of our Artisan Market at The Cotton Works, Wigan, in collaboration with The Heaton Group.
The exciting new event will celebrate the best of local creativity, food, music, and community spirit, transforming The Cotton Works into a vibrant hub of activity on the second Sunday of the month throughout 2026!…
Wigan Artisan Market at The Cotton Works will showcase:
🛍️ 80 carefully curated artisan stalls featuring local food producers, handmade crafts, art, homewares, and unique gifts.
🍟 A tempting street food arena serving global flavours and local favourites this will complement the foodie offerings currently onsite in Feast.
🎵 Live music
🎨 Craft workshops for children, offering a fun and creative experience for families.
Independent Street, known across the North West for delivering flagship award winning artisan markets, will operate the event, ensuring a high-quality line-up of traders and an engaging atmosphere for all.
The collaboration with The Heaton Group highlights a shared passion for supporting local businesses, fostering creativity, and creating memorable community events in inspiring spaces.
