Wisdom & Wonder Event
Join us for a meaningful morning where seniors and first grade students come together to connect, play, and learn from each other.
Many of us do not have grandchildren nearby or do not get to see them often. This event creates space for beautiful connections with children. You will be paired with a student to share stories,play games, laughter, and simple moments of joy.
You bring your life experience. They bring curiosity and energy. Both matter.
What to expect
• One to one pairing with a student
• Easy, guided conversations about family, pets, and life
• A light scavenger walk in the garden
• Playful games led by seniors
• Light food and a closing circle
Why this matters
Seniors often feel forgotten or like a burden.
Children are eager to learn and connect.
When we bring them together, both feel seen, valued, and uplifted. We create compassion and purpose.
