George Barker, co-founder & Creative Director, Medicine Festival. "I’ve spent much of my life exploring how music, healing, and spiritual practice can help us reconnect—with ourselves, each other and the sacred. My path has led me through many roles: music producer, recording artist, therapist, event facilitator and student of wisdom traditions. But at the heart of it all, my work is simply about creating spaces where people can come together, remember what matters, and begin to heal." @medicinefestival 🐍

As we journey through the stages of The Work That Reconnects Spiral, we will share songs in circle from around the world and our lands, singing and dancing in sacred space as an offering of gratitude for this holy life we’re all in, connecting, healing and manifesting harmony. You can sing, drum, rattle, dance and join in with the music!
The Work That Reconnects is a process that provides opportunities to develop understanding of your feelings about the crises affecting our planet and to experience your connection with others and the healing powers of the web of life. Engaging in enquiries progressing through gratitude, grief, spirituality and connection to inspiration allows one to transform feelings of despair into active hope and a vision for collaborative action. Ben will be holding the WTR journey. Ben is the director of Wider Horizons Transformational Gatherings www.widerhorizons.events. He is a transpersonal psychotherapist and holds regular Work That Reconnects Singing and Cacao Ceremonies throughout the country. @BenBenJiMusic 🕊️

One Planet is Turning - Charlie Murphy
One planet is turning,
Circle on her path around the sun,
Earth mother is calling her children home.
Let’s keep it burning,
Let’s keep the flame of the hope alive,
Make safe our journey through the storm.
