Wibes Wellness Wednesday is a free community wellbeing event designed to bring people together in a safe, supportive and welcoming environment.

Together we’ll explore practical wellbeing strategies, guided reflection activities and thought-provoking conversations that can help you better understand yourself and navigate life’s challenges.
There is no pressure to share. You are welcome to contribute to discussions, listen quietly, reflect, or simply enjoy being part of a supportive community.
