Mona is a Nottingham-based personal trainer and fitness instructor who is passionate about helping people move!
She was an obese person in 2020 and decided to make fitness a part of her lifestyle and eventually, her job! So she totally relates to people who need that hand to get moving with something they like and enjoy!
She's created Fitness and Fruits classes to get you off your chair/sofa and working your body in a safe and fun environment, where you can meet like-minded people while enjoying some fruits for recovery at the end of the class!
