About this Event
Inspired by everything from films "Nope" and "Nanny" to Beyonce's "Alien Superstar" and the works of Octavia Butler, Simone Browne, and Edward Said, our storytellers have interpreted "fear," "haunting," "terror," "foreign," "apocalypse," and more in their own way, in the form of poetry, spoken word, and fiction. You can visit our site here. Anything that lives under the banner of "fear" and the themes mentioned above is what we're about—vampire poems, ghosts, goblins, and gore (not only welcomed but encouraged!), monsters and mirror-world fiction, alien invasions, and all kinds of body snatchers can hang... What are you afraid of?
