Using IFS-informed somatic practice, connect with inner parts to gently integrate them into a harmonious whole.
About this Event

There are sometimes parts within us that don’t feel good: anxious parts, timid parts, fearful parts, angry parts, parts that want to hide, parts that struggle to state what you want…

And in other corners of ourselves, parts can get upset about those parts. They say things like, ‘why are you so broken? Why can’t you just live life fully? We’re missing out!’

And a battle can ensue. Tension.

Plus all the original pain of whatever you’re dealing with.

There is a way to bring all these parts together into harmony AND find your power — to get your SELF into the CEO seat of your life and get momentum.

To embody this Self means coming home to your wholeness, power and ease.

This is the work of Internal Family Systems (IFS), guided by mindful-somatics.

In this one-day workshop, WHOLE SELF invites you to connect with the parts of yourself that hold pain, fear, negative self-talk, or disconnection, and gently integrate them into a harmonious whole. We’ll explore how your body and (sub-conscious) mind work together to create a sense of balance, healing, and inner wholeness.

IN THIS ONE-DAY WORKHOP, YOU CAN:
  • Understand the nervous system mechanics behind your emotions, behaviors, and inner patterns — so you can see the map of what's been going on underneath the surface.
  • Understand subconscious patterns and hidden beliefs that are holding you back.
  • Heal unresolved pain by gently addressing and transforming emotional wounds held by specific parts of your psyche.
  • Tap into greater self-compassion and self-love naturally
  • Connect with your core Self and support this to be in the CEO seat of your life.
  • Learn tools to balance your emotions and find resilience with the big feelings that come up
  • Increase your resilience with empowered ways to relate to challenges and sticky things that come up in your life
  • Stop with inner conflict and begin to collaborate and listen to all parts of yourself
  • Get more clarity in decision-making by listening to all parts of yourself and align your choices with your true needs and values.
  • Deeply connect with your body and access the wisdom and insight that’s there.
  • Connect with others who are on a healing and growth journey like you
  • Return to joy and lightness as you release protective mechanisms and emotional burdens
  • Practical integration as you find actionable insights and practices to bring your healing into your daily life.

OUR WORK TOGETHER INCLUDES:
  • Guided somatic practices
  • IFS-informed parts work
  • Nervous system pyschoeducation and practice
  • Partnered or small group processes (optional)
  • Integration tools to support you after the workshop
  • Optional check-ins and support from the group & me

The added gift of doing your healing/growth work in a group:

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. But there may very well be parts that try to keep you alone...

There’s immense power in allowing others hold you and join you on your healing/awareness journey. It’s a kind of corrective experience.

And you amplify your transformation by witnessing their journey too — you deeply learn from their experiences while staying rooted in your own process.

Plus, you can meet some rad allies.

Working in a group also makes it more affordable.
